SEE Activation Strategy & Roadmap
• Own the SEE activation strategy and annual roadmap in line with category, brand, customer and commercial priorities.
• Identify scalable shopper and customer activation opportunities across SEE.
• Define the role of Gifting, Skin Moments, Value-Added Sets, promotional Multipacks and POS standards within the activation portfolio.
• Priorities initiatives based on shopper relevance, customer value, commercial potential, scalability and feasibility.
Strategic Activation Platform Development
• Translate category and shopper insights into compelling activation concepts, shopper propositions and mechanics.
• Define common SEE frameworks, guardrails, toolkits and minimum standards, with local adaptation where customer or market realities require it.
• Lead strategic briefs for major activation initiatives and ensure early alignment with Category Management, Marketing, RGM, Sales and local POS Execution.
• Ensure activations strengthen brand equity, category growth and retailer differentiation.
Gifting, Skin Moments, VAS & Multipack Excellence
• Define the SEE Gifting strategy, occasion architecture, assortment principles and price-point logic.
• Own the strategic framework for Skin Moments, including objectives, shopper role, mechanics and success measures.
• Define Value-Added Set and promotional Multipack principles, including formats, guardrails, simplification and scalability.
• Ensure category and portfolio choices are aligned with the relevant Category and Marketing owners.
Commercial Design, Business Cases & Evaluation
• Build activation business cases with clear objectives, investment logic, expected outcomes and success KPIs.
• Partner with RGM and Finance on commercial assumptions, ROI methodology and post-evaluation.
• Lead pre- and post-evaluation of major activation platforms and convert findings into practical recommendations.
• Maintain an SEE learning agenda and scale successful concepts and best practices across markets.
POS Standards & Strategic Governance
• Set the direction for SEE POS standards and act as gatekeeper for strategic quality and consistency.
• Ensure global and regional guidance is translated into relevant SEE frameworks.
• Balance common standards with justified local adaptations, based on customer value and execution feasibility.
• Clarify decision rights and prevent overlap between Category, Activation and POS Execution responsibilities.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Category Management, Marketing, RGM, Sales/KAMs, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and local POS Execution teams.
• Build activation capability through structured guidance, best-practice sharing and coaching.
• Provide clear briefs, timely decisions and constructive feedback to local execution teams and partners.
• Represent the SEE activation agenda in relevant regional and functional forums.

Your Profile
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in shopper marketing, customer marketing, trade marketing, activation, category management or commercial excellence.
• Demonstrated experience developing strategic activation platforms, customer-facing concepts or shopper programs.
• Strong understanding of FMCG retail, shopper behavior, customer economics and in-store activation.
• Experience with business cases, activation effectiveness, budgeting and agency or supplier ecosystems.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability; experience with BI, shopper or market data is an advantage.
• Professional English; Romanian or Bulgarian market experience is a strong advantage.
• Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to connect shopper ideas to measurable business impact.
• Creative but pragmatic, able to build distinctive concepts that can be implemented across markets.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Clear decision maker who can establish standards, challenge constructively and protect strategic quality.
• Analytical and learning-oriented, with strong curiosity about shopper, customer and activation effectiveness.
• Collaborative and respectful of local market expertise while driving common SEE solutions.
